Important Update for EU Customers (as of July 1, 2021):

We are shipping orders only from Monday to Friday and we do not ship on Holidays.

To comply with the revised EU VAT rules, our minimum order value for deliveries to the EU is now $ 130. This adjustment aims to simplify VAT obligations and minimize disruption for our valued customers.

Customs & Import Charges:

For customers outside Turkey, please note that customs and import duties are applicable and are the responsibility of the recipient upon parcel arrival. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for accurate information before placing an order. Be aware that any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges will incur postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees, which will be deducted from any refund due.

Shipping Duration:

For estimated arrival times, please contact us using the Contact Form, and we'll provide timely advice. Typically, US deliveries take between 7 - 9 working days.

It's important to note that ERFUMADE cannot be held liable, either directly or indirectly, for any delays or issues in the performance or delivery process. While we strive for timely and efficient delivery, external factors beyond our control may impact the transportation and handling of your order.

Parcel Tracking:

Yes, you can track your parcel! A despatch confirmation email, containing your tracking number and tracking details, will be sent as soon as your order is processed.

PO Box Addresses:

No, we do not ship to PO Box addresses. Our couriers require a recipient signature for delivery confirmation, a service that cannot be guaranteed at a PO Box address.
