ERFU Digital – Contributor Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting any document or digital content to ERFU Digital, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit any content.
2. Content Ownership and Rights
You confirm that you are the original creator of the document(s), or you have full rights and authorization to submit the content on behalf of the rightful owner.
You affirm that submitted content does not violate any third-party copyright, intellectual property rights, confidentiality, or non-disclosure agreements.
By submitting, you grant ERFU Digital a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to market, display, and sell the document(s) worldwide via its digital platforms.
3. Content Review and Approval
All submissions will undergo a content quality and compliance review prior to publishing.
ERFU Digital reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions to any submission at its sole discretion.
4. Revenue and Commission
Contributors will earn 60% of net revenue from each sale of their accepted document(s).
Revenue is calculated after payment processing fees, applicable platform deductions, and taxes.
Payments are made monthly to the contributor’s registered account via the selected payment method.
5. Pricing and Modifications
You may indicate your estimated price when submitting content. Final pricing is determined by ERFU Digital based on market trends, product type, and audience demand.
ERFU Digital may temporarily alter prices for promotional or marketing campaigns, and contributors will be notified of significant changes.
6. Use of AI or External Resources
If your content was developed using AI tools, co-authors, or external collaborators, this must be explicitly disclosed in the submission form.
You remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and legal compliance of all submitted materials.
7. Content Removal and Account Termination
Contributors may request the removal of their content with written notice.
ERFU Digital reserves the right to remove content or terminate contributor access without prior notice for any breach of policy, legal violation, or unethical conduct.
8. Limitation of Liability
ERFU Digital assumes no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the publication, distribution, or use of submitted content.
9. Legal Compliance by Jurisdiction
Contributors are responsible for ensuring that their content and participation comply with the laws and regulations of their respective countries or jurisdictions.
ERFU Digital operates in compliance with international digital content and copyright laws, including but not limited to:
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) – USA
UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 – UK
European Union Copyright Directive (EUCD) – EU
Canadian Copyright Act – Canada
By submitting, you agree that your content does not breach any national laws or contractual obligations in your jurisdiction.
ERFU Digital may request proof of authorship or legal rights in case of disputes.
10. Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified. Contributors will be notified of major changes via email or internal platform notifications.
